fast paced race!

It is truly been a fast paced and frantic semester. Typically I’ve always thought that the spring semester lulled on, but this year it different. I cannot believe it is already nearing the end of February!!! These days I’m enjoying the abnormal weather that Greeley gets and wondering if we will ever see snow for more than one day… It scares me as to what kind of crazy snow we may get in March or April at this rate.

On the flip side I am attending a leadership conference this weekend in Colorado Springs. I am so excited to see my friends from around Montana, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico and Arizona. I only see them three times a year so I am so happy to get to visit with old friends. It is fun how jus a year ago I didn’t really know any of them. These conferences throw you into an atmosphere of new friends so quickly that when you leave you’ve forgotten you haven’t been friends with them for years. It is also fun to see different college campuses. When I was a Senior in HS I only visited UNC. I applied elsewhere but in the end I knew what I wanted to do and where I wanted to go to do it, so I had no need to go elsewhere, so this is really my time to get to see other schools. In May I’ll get to see the University of Arizona’s campus which is one of my favorite schools other than UNC !
